In order to keep our class sizes small and consistent for our teachers and students, we do not offer make up classes for students that have to miss class for any reason. We will schedule a make-up class in the event that classes have to be canceled for inclement weather.
Registration for classes is available on a first come, first served basis. Once the class has reached capacity students will be placed on a wait list. An annual registration fee of $40 per dancer must accompany the registration form to hold your child's spot in class.
Please email impactdancearts@gmail.com prior to the end of the month if your child wishes to drop a class. If you fail to notify the office, then you will be responsible for the following month's tuition. No refunds will be given for partial months taken.
Classes that have less than 5 students registered may be canceled and moved to a similar class. Once a class reaches capacity, students will be placed on a waiting list and given priority if an opening becomes available.
Registration Fee: $40 (nonrefundable) due at the time of registration
Tuition is due on the 1st of the month. A late fee of $10 will be applied to all accounts not paid by the 15th of the month. We offer a 20% discount on tuition for siblings. The child with the most hours pays full price, and any additional students are discounted.
Costume Fee: $160 for combo classes, $80 for acro, teen lyrical, teen jazz, and hip hop. Due by December 15.
Recital Fee: $50 ($10 for each additional child in the same household) due by March 10.
Accounts more than 30 days past due will not be able to participate in class until fees have been paid in full. Accounts must be paid in full to participate in spring recital.
*Students should not be left unattended in the waiting room. Dancers should wait in the waiting area until a teacher welcomes them into class.
*NO CELLPHONES IN CLASS!
*No gum, food, or drinks in class! Only WATER is allowed in the dance room! It is preferable that preschool classes do not bring water. The classes are short, and it is a huge disruption in class.
*Please do not allow your child to bring a toy into class. They are a big distraction!
* If your child is sick, please do not come to class! In order to reduce the spread of germs, please make sure they have been fever free without medication and have had no episodes of vomiting or diarrhea for 24 hours before coming to class.
